General Questions

The balance you built up will be transfer to your bank account on a weekly basis. Please make sure that you added the IBAN and SWIFT - Code to your account in the Invoicing.

First you need to sign up in the app, after that, you are good to go as a passenger. If you would like to use it also as a driver, we will need some additional information.

No problem at all. Click on the Ask a ride menu, there you can ask for the needed trip. You have to give a few information about your desired trip (from where - where to - needed seats - price). After you posted the desired trip, the drivers are able to help you out with it.

Of course, if you are a female driver you have the opportunity to offer rides only to our female users.

Yes, you can. You just have to write an email to info@zamme.ch with the desired email address and our admins will do the rest for you.
